This seaside resort model presents a coastal commercial development featuring beachfront hospitality properties, waterfront leisure facilities, and integrated marine amenities. The model captures the resort layout with hotel buildings oriented toward ocean views, beach clubs, infinity pools, waterfront restaurants, and recreational piers arranged along the coastline. LHA Models crafted this coastal resort architecture model using acrylic, ABS, resin, and natural materials with detailed water surface representation and hand-crafted beach landscapes. The model includes coastal protection structures, marina facilities, beach access points, and landscaped promenades. LED lighting highlights building interiors, pool areas, waterfront pathways, and marine facilities. This waterfront commercial model served as a presentation tool for tourism board approvals, hospitality investor meetings, and coastal development permit reviews for the seaside resort project.
