This super high-rise residential community model depicts a large-scale vertical living development featuring multiple residential towers connected by shared podium amenities and landscape decks. The model captures the community layout with slender residential skyscrapers, a comprehensive podium level containing retail and recreational facilities, and elevated garden spaces between towers. LHA Models crafted this tower community model using acrylic, ABS, and metal materials with precision laser cutting for tower facades and hand-assembled podium details. The model includes underground parking entries, drop-off zones, community clubhouses, swimming pools, and children play areas. Programmable LED lighting illuminates individual apartment units, podium facilities, and tower crown features. This high-rise apartment scale model served as a presentation tool for developer sales launches, investor demonstrations, and municipal planning reviews for the residential tower community project.
