LHA Models was commissioned to create a highly detailed Architectural Scale Model for a luxury resort residential project located in the Philippines. The development consists of twin high-rise residential towers rising above a commercial podium, designed to offer premium waterfront living with resort-style amenities. Our team was tasked with translating the architectural vision into a tangible, visually compelling presentation model that would support the developer sales and marketing efforts across international markets.

The model was built at a 1:100 scale, allowing for an exceptional level of detail across both the architectural and landscape elements. The towers feature a sophisticated facade treatment combining warm white panels with deep gray window framing, accurately representing the proposed material palette. The commercial podium at the base was modeled with transparent and semi-transparent elements to convey the active, accessible ground-floor retail environment. Every floor plate, balcony, and facade module was carefully crafted to reflect the architectural drawings with precision.

Special attention was given to the landscape design, which is a defining feature of resort-style developments. The model includes lush greenery, palm trees, swimming pools, and signature pink flowering trees that line the pedestrian promenades. Miniature figures and vehicles were strategically placed throughout the site to create a sense of scale and liveliness, helping viewers immediately understand the spatial relationships and the vibrant atmosphere of the completed development.

An integrated LED lighting system was installed to showcase both the interior lighting of the towers and the exterior landscape illumination. The warm-toned lighting creates a dramatic nighttime presentation, highlighting the architectural form while evoking the welcoming ambiance of a resort destination. The lighting can be switched between daytime and nighttime display modes to suit different presentation contexts.

The completed model presents the project through detailed materials, finishes, and lighting that highlight its architectural and landscape elements. The composition is designed to support clear communication of the development’s overall form and spatial relationships.
