Philippine Residential Tower Detail Model

LHA Models produced a detailed architectural model for a modern residential tower project in the Philippines, focusing on communicating the design contemporary aesthetic and refined materiality. The project exemplifies the increasingly popular modern minimalist approach to high-rise residential design in Southeast Asia, where clean lines, systematic facade modules, and a strong connection between architecture and landscape define the visual identity. Our team was engaged to create a Real Estate Model that would capture these qualities with exceptional fidelity.

The tower facade was modeled with meticulous attention to the grid-based window system that characterizes the design. Each window module was individually crafted and installed, creating a precise, rhythmic pattern across the elevation. The warm-toned facade materials were represented using carefully selected finishes that accurately reflect the intended color and texture palette. The modular approach to the facade modeling ensured consistency across all elevations while allowing for the subtle variations specified in the architectural drawings.

The podium at the base of the tower was designed with a high degree of transparency, using clear acrylic and fine structural elements to convey the open, permeable ground-floor treatment. This approach allows viewers to see through to the lobby and amenity spaces, reinforcing the architectural concept of visual connectivity between the building and its surroundings. The transparency also creates an attractive contrast with the solidity of the tower above.

Landscape elements were integrated into the model to demonstrate the relationship between the built form and the outdoor environment. The pedestrian system was clearly defined, with walkways, planting areas, and gathering spaces modeled to show how residents would move through and enjoy the ground-level spaces. Warm yellow LED lighting was installed throughout the tower interiors, creating a glowing effect that highlights the facade grid pattern and conveys a sense of habitation and warmth.

The model combines architectural accuracy with an atmospheric finish, supporting clear communication of the project design intent to both technical and non-technical audiences.
